Această politică explică ce date personale colectăm prin acest site, în ce scop, cu cine le partajăm și ce drepturi ai. Prelucrarea respectă Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) și legislația română aplicabilă.

1. Cine este operatorul

Operatorul datelor este FAMILY CLEANING AREEA S.R.L., cu sediul social în București, Sector 1, Strada Ing. Zablovschi, Nr. 10, Biroul 1, având CUI 54169875 și nr. de ordine în Registrul Comerțului J2026014750001 (Oficiul Registrului Comerțului de pe lângă Tribunalul București).

2. Ce date colectăm

Când completezi formularul de rezervare sau folosești calculatorul de preț și continui spre formular, colectăm:

• nume;
• număr de telefon;
• adresă (acolo unde o introduci);
• serviciul dorit, data preferată și detaliile din mesaj;
• estimarea de preț generată, dacă vii dinspre calculator.

Nu colectăm date sensibile și nu îți cerem să creezi un cont.

3. Scopul și temeiul legal

• Pentru a-ți răspunde și a-ți face o ofertă — temei: măsuri precontractuale la cererea ta (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Pentru statistici de trafic anonime — temei: interesul nostru legitim de a înțelege cum este folosit site-ul (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Folosim Cloudflare Web Analytics, fără cookie-uri și fără a te identifica.

4. Cu cine partajăm datele

Folosim furnizori care prelucrează datele în numele nostru:

• Google — formularul trimite datele într-un Google Form / Google Sheets unde gestionăm cererile.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — dacă alegi să ne scrii pe WhatsApp, conversația are loc în aplicația WhatsApp.
• Cloudflare — statistici de trafic agregate, fără cookie-uri.

Nu vindem și nu închiriem datele tale.

5. Transfer în afara UE

Unii dintre acești furnizori (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) pot prelucra date în afara Spațiului Economic European. În aceste cazuri, transferul se bazează pe clauzele contractuale standard aprobate de Comisia Europeană.

6. Cât timp păstrăm datele

Păstrăm datele din formular doar atât cât este necesar pentru a-ți soluționa cererea, plus o perioadă scurtă ulterioară (maximum 12 luni), după care le ștergem. Dacă devii client recurent, putem păstra anumite date mai mult, în limita obligațiilor legale (de ex. contabile).

7. Drepturile tale

Ai dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, opoziție și portabilitate a datelor. Le poți exercita scriindu-ne la familycleaning380@gmail.com.

Ai, de asemenea, dreptul să depui o plângere la Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Cookie-uri

Acest site nu folosește cookie-uri de marketing sau de urmărire. Statisticile de trafic (Cloudflare) funcționează fără cookie-uri, motiv pentru care nu afișăm un banner de cookie-uri.

9. Modificări

Putem actualiza această politică periodic. Versiunea curentă este cea publicată pe această pagină, cu data de mai sus.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, who we share it with, and your rights. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

1. Who the controller is

2. What we collect

When you fill in the booking form, or use the price calculator and continue to the form, we collect:

• name;
• phone number;
• address (where you provide it);
• the service you want, preferred date and any message details;
• the generated price estimate, if you arrive from the calculator.

We do not collect sensitive data and we don't ask you to create an account.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• To reply and prepare a quote — basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For anonymous traffic statistics — basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and without identifying you.

4. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf:

• Google — the form sends submissions to a Google Form / Google Sheets where we manage requests.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens in the WhatsApp app.
• Cloudflare — aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics.

We do not sell or rent your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form data only as long as needed to handle your request, plus a short period afterwards (up to 12 months), then delete it. If you become a recurring client, we may keep certain data longer, within the limits of legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Exercise them by writing to familycleaning380@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Cookies

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Traffic statistics (Cloudflare) work without cookies, which is why we don't show a cookie banner.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date above.
